Frequently asked questions
How does volume pricing work?
The size of your order decides the price of every license in it. For example, 60 IMAP/POP3 licenses are all charged at the 51–100 price, not in steps.
When is a license used up?
One license covers one mailbox (shared mailboxes included) and is consumed when its migration starts. Verifying credentials and planning are free. Unused licenses stay available in your workspace.
Is this a subscription?
No. Licenses are one-time purchases. The Secure module is a permanent unlock for your tenant.
Are prices including VAT?
All prices are net. VAT is calculated at checkout from your billing address and VAT number.
Do partners get different prices?
Yes. MSP and reseller partners buy license pools at partner prices and assign them to their customers. Approved partners see them in the partner area.
