Questions partners ask
Do licenses expire?
No. Licenses you buy stay in your pool until you provide them to a customer. A license is used when the migration of its mailbox starts.
Can I take licenses back from a customer?
No. Providing licenses is one-way, so customers can rely on what you provided. Provide what a project needs and keep the rest in your pool.
What do my customers pay?
You set your own service price. If a customer buys directly, the public list price applies.
Are prices including VAT?
All prices are net. VAT is calculated at checkout from your billing address and VAT number.
